Please take you badge all the time for participation in the cocktail reception, coming into the conference hall, as well as having coffee, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.

 ·  Earphone
Simultaneous translation service is available. To have one earphone, you need leave ID card or passport as deposit and get it back once after returning the earphone. The earphone desk is set at the entrance to the conference hall.

 ·  Damage to the earphone or loss of should be paid.
Inquiry Desk
Inquiry desk is right outside of the conference hall. You may feel free to inquire anything related to the conference

Cell phones are required to be switched off in conference hall.
Delegates are suggested to wear formal suit as participating in the cocktail receptions, conference sessions, panel discussions, and banquet.
To send materials or display company profiles inside or outside of the conference hall need contact the organizing committee of the conference in advance, and any activities of this kind are strictly prohibited without prior permission of the organizing committee.
Delegates have to take good care of their personnel belongs inside or outside of the conference hall in case of any losses. The organizing committee would look after delegates, but have no obligation to pay for any losses that might occur.
